STAR WARS™: The Old Republic™ - "Signs of War"

This past weekend was the annual New York Comic Con, which is basically the East Coast version of the giant San Diego Comic Con. The Old Republic had a huge presence there. In addition to announcing that the December 20th release date is now for both North America and Europe (Australia doesn’t exist on BioWare’s globe), they released a really awesome new trailer for the game.

The new trailer isn’t CG like some of the previous ones, and instead uses the in-game engine (except for one space scene, which is CG).

PlayStation Vita Release Date.

Sony has made the official announcement that their new portable gaming platform, the PlayStation Vita, will be available in the United States on February 22, 2012. The announcement was made by SCEA President and CEO Jack Tretton at the Web 2.0 Summit 2011 held in San Francisco, California. The successor to Sony's PSP platform will be sold at two price points: $249 for the Wi-Fi only model, and $299 for the Wi-Fi + 3G model.

In Japan, the PS Vita will be available on December 17, 2011.
